The school loses a building due to destruction, so the administration decides the theatre program will have to go. Wanting to fight, he plans to keep the school from dropping his classes by producing Hamlet 2, a sequel to the original work, which he creates.
FORGETTING SAHRAH MARSHALL: Overwhelmed with grief after a tough split with his girlfriend Sarah, (a TV sitcom actress), Peter (Jason Segal) decides to take a vacation to a Hawaiian resort to recover from his depression. As you might guess, when he checks into the resort hotel, he looks up and sees the woman who just left him and her new man, who is a mega rock star. This film is a fun filled romantic comedy.
GET SMART: Agent 86 is back, and he has us right where he wants us. This is a classic James Bond spy spoof, with agents hidden in plants. This is a modern day version that looks back at the world of KAOS and CONTROL.
PINEAPPLE EXPRESS: Heavy pot smoker Dale Denton has just seen a bad cop, and the local drug king pin, commit a killing. The killers know he has seen the murder. Sure that he has been spotted, he unwittingly throws down his joint, a unique version called pineapple express, and runs. The weed is so special, that the bad guys can trace it. The "fun" is on, as Dale and his dealer Saul are desperately hiding from the bad guys.
ROLE MODELS: Danny and Wheeler, a couple of energy drink promoters, are looking at jail time after destroying the company vehicle while binging. The only way to avoid being locked up is to perform 150 hours of community service. The catch is they will have to mentor some kids in a community service program. The pieces are all in place for this to be very funny.
MADAGASCAR: ESCAPE 2 AFRICA: This is the next in the sequence to the highly acclaimed Madagascar. The four animal heroes, Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, and Gloria the Hippo are trying to get back to the Central Park Zoo in NY, from their first adventure. Instead, with the Penguins leading them astray, they now are headed to Africa, for more adventures.
TROPIC THUNDER: Overloaded with good actors we find ourselves watching a classic spoof. Things are going bad, so to get his spoiled actors to create a quality war film, the now venturesome director into the jungle, leaving them to fend for themselves. The plan is to scare them into making a war movie that will be recorded on hidden cameras. When the director dies unexpectedly by stepping on a real land mine, the spoiled actors are on their own, and they are convinced everything is just an act, when things start to get very real. Here's a great cast with incredible make-up for Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Cruise.
STEP BROTHERS: When two childlike older men, who each live with their single parents, are now going to share a room because their parents marry, we see that they are bound to have problems. Having the combination of Reilly and Ferrell as the key players, the conditions are right for a funny movie. This seems like a must see for comedy lovers.
